July 1949 The company was established at 3-2 Kaigan, Minato-ku, Tokyo with the support of Mitsui Mining Co., Ltd. and Hokkaido Colliery & Steamship Co., LTD. as a subcontractor to handle stevedoring in Tokyo Bay for Soueiunyuzosen Corporation. The capital was 200 thousand yen.
October 1956 The company made a contract with Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. with regard to stevedoring in the Toyosu warehouse of Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd.
June 1961 The capital was increased to 1.7 million yen
June 1962 The capital was increased to 6.8 million yen
November 1962 The company made a contract with Hokuseikaiun Corporation and Muromachi Shipping Company, Limited to become their shipping business operator.
June 1963 The capital was increased to 10 million yen
November 1969 The company made a contract with Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. with regard to handling liquefied natural gas in the Negishi factory of Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd.
June 1970 The capital was increased to 20 million yen.
January 1972 The company made an agency agreement with Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Company, Limited.
April 1973 The company made a contract with Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. with regard to handling liquefied natural gas in the Sodegaura factory of Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd.
March 1981 The company established Hoei Kigyo Corporation.
March 1981 The company established Hoei Kigyo Corporation.
(The company holds one third of their shares as of today.)
May 1986 The company started handling container cargo for OOCL at Oi Container Terminal Berth No.1 together with Sankyu Inc.
July 1990 The company made a contract with SUZUYO SHINWART Corp. with regard to stevedoring in Keihin Port.
September 1990 The company made a contract with Kuribayashi Unyu Co. Ltd. with regard to stevedoring.
September 1991 The company made a contract with Ogawa Unyu Corporation with regard to work at Oi Container Terminal Berth No.8.
April 1993 The company made a contract with ISEWAN TERMINAL SERVICE CO.,LTD. with regard to warehouse work at WORLD CARGO DISTRIBUTION CENTER.
February 1994 The company made a subcontractor agreement with ISEWAN TERMINAL SERVICE CO.,LTD.
May 1996 The work for Ogawa Unyu Corporation at Oi Container Terminal Berth No.8 was moved to Oumi Berth No.4.
August 1996 The company made a contract with Sumitomo YuYu Life Insurance Co., Ltd. with regard to life insurance solicitation business.
June 1998 The company made a contract with Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd. with regard to handling liquefied natural gas in the Ougijima factory of Tokyo Gas Co., Ltd.
September 1998 The capital was increased to 40 million yen.
May 2000 The company started operation at Tokyo Container Terminal in the event of opening Chubo office in TOYO WHARF&WAREHOUSE CO.,LTD.’s Toyosu branch.
November 2001 The company made a contract with ENGINEERING HIRO, LTD. with regard to stevedoring.
September 2002 The company made a contract with SUZUE CORPORATION CO.,LTD. with regard to stevedoring.
September 2002 The company made a contract with SUZUE CORPORATION CO.,LTD. with regard to stevedoring.
November 2004 The company started container work with Kamigumi Co., Ltd. at Tokyo Container Terminal.
November 2009 The headquarters were moved to 4-18-1 Tsukishima, Chuo-ku, Tokyo
